from october 1 - 31, ryoji ikeda's installation »test pattern« is brought outdoors and presented on 47 digital screens around new york's times square every night between 11:57 pm to midnight. on october 16, there will also be special screening with 400 headphones available to the public to make the presentation a fully immersive experience. the event will precede with two live performances by ryoji ikeda at the metropolitan museum of art on october 17 and 18.
