is there any DRM protection?
audio download files in the raster online shop do not have any DRM or other copy protection.
can I re-download my mp3/wav files?
you can download your purchased tracks up to three times. after that, you need to purchase them again.
is it possible to receive mp3 files when purchasing vinyl?
customers who buy vinyl records on the raster online shop will receive all tracks and bonus tracks of the album as mp3 for free. you will receive a download link with the shipping confirmation.
excluded are external releases of which we are only resellers.
how do I sign up for a raster online shop account?
when ordering for the first time, you will be asked to enter your email address, a password and some personal information. this information will be saved for future orders. you can also sign up by going to our shop section and clicking "register." there you will find the same registration form that appears during the ordering procedure.
I cannot set/change my address, what can I do?
if you cannot set or change the state or country of your address, please contact us at shop@raster-media.net. we are working on fixing a bug that does not correctly transfer these data from the frontend into our database. this bug concerns orders from canada, japan, mexico and the us that shall be paid using paypal.
why do I hear "copyright protection" when listening to files with your player?
unlike other shops and platforms, we let you listen to the whole track in our shop. to protect ourselves from illegal rips, we have to watermark these files. the "copyright protection" is not included in downloaded files, of course.
